CARMEL, Ind. – In a vote amongst league coaches, the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team was picked to finish first in the 2021 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) season.
After coming out on top in a condensed Spring 2021 season, the Fightin' Engineers received eight first-place votes en route to their 72 points, and the edge in the Fall 2021 preseason rankings. Not far behind, Hanover College, also earning one first-place nod, nabbed 62 votes. Finishing in third place, Transylvania University picked up 57 votes, while Manchester University (49) and Defiance College (40) rounded out the top half of the poll.
