HCAC Places Seven on ABCA/Rawlings All-Mideast Region Team

ALLIANCE, OH – The HCAC has placed seven players on the 2014 All-Mideast Region  team by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).

Anderson University's Nolan Schaefer (Marshall, Ill./H.S.), Earlham College's Zach Lee (Lynn, Ind./Randolph Southern), Franklin College's Jameson Brock (Noblesville, Ind./H.S.), and Manchester University's Trevor Kimm (Anderson, Ind./H.S.) earned a selection on the ABCA All-Mideast Region Second Team. 

Bluffton University's Tim Webb (Delaware, Ohio/Worthington Christian) and Luke Hickey (Toledo, Ohio/Whitmer) and Franklin College's Scott Windler (Lafayette, Ind./Central Catholic)  have been named to the ABCA All-Mideast Region Third Team.

Players that earned ABCA first team recognition will advance to the ABCA All-American ballot which will be selected and announced this week at the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.
