Cam Ginder, Hanover College, Baseball (Hitter)
Hanover College’s Cam Ginder (Fort Wayne, Ind./Carroll) helped the Panthers to a 4-1 record last week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Hitter of the Week.
The freshman outfielder finished the week 10-for-16 (.625) at the plate and helped HC to a 3-1 record to begin conference play. Ginder added two doubles, five RBI, 10 runs scored, and two stolen bases during the week.
The Fort Wayne native also reached base five additional times with four walks and a hit-by-pitch for an on-base percentage of .714.
Hanover (11-8, 3-1 HCAC) will travel to Transylvania on Tuesday in their only game of the week.
