David Tatham, Manchester College, Baseball (Hitter)
Manchester College’s David Tatham (Nashville, Ind./Brown Co.) produced for the Manchester offense all week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Hitter of the Week.
The junior outfielder finished the week 13-for-29 (.448) at the plate and helped the black and gold to a 3-4 record during the week. Tatham hit four home runs and three doubles while adding 15 RBI, 13 runs scored, and a .966 slugging percentage last week.
The Spartans took two of three games against Anderson over the weekend and fell to No. 2 ranked Heidelberg in doubleheader action. MC also split with Concordia in a doubleheader last Monday.
Manchester (10-10, 2-1 HCAC) tangles with Defiance tomorrow before a weekend series at Franklin Friday and Saturday.
