Jeremy Hazen, Anderson University, Baseball (Hitter)
Anderson University’s Jeremy Hazen (Anderson, Ind./Highland) led the Anderson offense as the Ravens went 5-1 on the week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Hitter of the Week.
The senior third baseman finished the week 14-for-26 (.538) at the plate and helped the Ravens score 79 runs in five victories during the week. Hazen hit four doubles, a triple, and a home run while adding 13 runs scored, nine RBI, and a .885 slugging percentage last week.
The Ravens earned a three-game sweep of Hanover, a doubleheader split with DePauw, and a victory over Division II University of Indianapolis.
Anderson (16-10, 7-3 HCAC) travels to Franklin tomorrow and will head to Defiance for three games this weekend.
