Chris Jarrett, Anderson University, Baseball (Hitter)
Anderson University’s Chris Jarrett (Hagerstown, Ind./H.S.) provided the bulk of the Ravens offense last week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Hitter of the Week.
The senior outfielder finished the week 15-for-23 (.652) at the plate with nine runs scored, a double, a triple, four home runs, 12 RBI, three stolen bases, and 30 total bases against Ohio Wesleyan and Bluffton.
Jarrett posted a 1.304 slugging percentage during the five games and had 17 putouts in the field without any errors.
Anderson (22-14, 13-5 HCAC) battles with first place Franklin tomorrow afternoon before closing the regular season schedule against Mount St. Joseph this weekend.
