Mount Junior Linebacker Erik Prosser Named AFCA All-American

WACO, TX - College of Mount St. Joseph junior linebacker Erik Prosser (Cincinnati, Ohio/Oak Hills) has been named to the AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Division III Coaches' All-America Team.

Prosser led the Lions with 106 tackles, including 51 solos. He also had two fumble recoveries, three forced fumbles, 5.5 tackles for loss yardage and a sack.

In addition, Prosser, who had a 22-yard fumble return for a touchdown, was named HCAC First Team and the conference Defensive Player of the Year.

Matt Lawless (2006) is the Mount's only other AFCA All-American.
