HCAC Football Play of the Week Poll (Week 6)
Plays are nominated by each school's football coaching staff. After watching each play, fans contribute your vote to the poll at the bottom of the page. The winning play will be featured on the HCAC football page and social media sites and will be eligible for the HCAC Play of the Year vote in late November.
The winning play will be announced Wednesday at 12:00 PM (EST) with voting closing at 10:00 AM (EST).
Play 1: 13% (131 votes)
Bluffton University running back Airic Steagall completes a halfback pass to Shawn Frost for a 15 yard touchdown late in the1st half of Bluffton's 37-34 3OT win over Rose-Hulman Saturday.
Play 2: 33% (325 votes)
Franklin College split end Kyle Linville makes a spectacular catch and run early in the third quarter against Mount St. Joseph. Linville broke several tackles and made a nice spin move before diving into the end zone for his 3rd TD of the game. Franklin defeated the Lions 38-0 Saturday.
Play 3: 41% (396 votes)
Hanover College's Dan Passafiume returns an Anderson University kickoff 89 yards for a touchdown to begin the second half of play. The Panthers earned a 54-14 win over the Ravens.
Play 4: 11% (112 votes)
Manchester University wide receiver Kurt Monix hauls in a 52 yard touchdown from quarterback Nick Williams that put the Spartans up with under 7 minutes to go in the game. The Spartans held on for a 34-28 win over Defiance College.
