HCAC Football Play of the Week Poll (Week 8)
Plays are nominated by each school's football coaching staff. After watching each play, fans contribute your vote to the poll at the bottom of the page. The winning play will be featured on the HCAC football page and social media sites and will be eligible for the HCAC Play of the Year vote in late November.
The winning play will be announced Wednesday at 12:00 PM (EST) with voting closing at 10:00 AM (EST).
Play 1: 6% (41 votes)
Anderson University defensive back Herman Pollard stopped an Earlham College scoring drive with an interception, returning it 71 yards down to the three yard line to set up a scoring opportunity late in the 1st QT. The Ravens fell to the Quakers 21-19.
Play 2: 34% (216 votes)
Earlham College wide receiver Jalen Kenner hauls in a 62-yard touchdown reception from QB Matt Couch, tying the score at 7-7 in the 1st QT against Anderson University. The Quakers went on to win 21-19, ending a 26 game losing streak and earning the school's 1st ever HCAC win.

Hanover College linebacker Justin Magaw picks off a deflected Defiance College pass and returns it 65 yards for a touchdown in the 4th QT, capping off the scoring in a 47-14 win over the Yellow Jackets.
Play 4: 8% (53 votes)
Manchester University QB Nick Williams connects with wide receiver Kurt Monix on a 35-yard touchdown connection late in the 3rd QT against Mount St. Joseph Saturday. The play put the Spartans on top and delivered a 17-14 win over the Lions in Cincinnati.
