Tom Foos, Defiance College, Football (Special Teams)
Defiance's Tom Foos (Helena, Ohio/Lakota) helped the Jackets win the battle of field position throughout the afternoon in a 28-21 win at Rose-Hulman and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Football Player of the Week on special teams.
The junior punter pinned the Engineers inside their own 20 yard line four times and averaged 36.4 yards on five punts in the Defiance victory.
The Yellow Jackets (2-4, 1-2 HCAC) will look for their first winning streak this season against Anderson Saturday.
