Reed Eason, Rose-Hulman, Football (Special Teams)
Rose-Hulman's Reed Eason (St. Louis, Mo./Parkway North) was instrumental in the kicking game and passing game for the Engineers in a 34-21 win over Franklin and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Football Player of the Week on special teams.
The junior punter booted six punts for a 34.7 yard average, including three downed punts inside the 20-yard line.
Eason also set a single-game school record with 225 receiving yards on 15 catches with two touchdowns in the victory.
Rose-Hulman (5-4, 3-3 HCAC) will travel to Anderson for their season finale Saturday.
