Men's Basketball Report (Week 11) - Red Hot Hanover Wins Fourth Straight Contest

GREENWOOD, IN - Hanover College (10-9, 7-4 HCAC) went 2-0 on the week and has won four in a row heading down the stretch of the HCAC schedule. 

The Panthers defeated Transylvania 68-65 Wednesday night and handed Defiance a 78-70 defeat in northern Ohio.  The four straight wins have moved the Panthers into a second place tie with Transy and stand three games behind Anderson in the loss column. 

Jake Inman (North Vernon, Ind./Jennings Co.) paced the Panthers with 17 points against the Pioneers.  Ryan Nowicki (Carmel, Ind./Guerin Catholic) led five players in double figures with 19 points as HC shot over 60% from the field against the Yellow Jackets. 

Hanover will try and keep their win streak going this week as they face Mount St. Joseph and Bluffton.
