HomeTown Sports Indiana to Broadcast HCAC Basketball Championships

GREENWOOD, IN – The 2011 HCAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament championship games will be broadcast live by HomeTown Sports Indiana.  The broadcasts will begin approximately 10 minutes prior to tip-off Sunday afternoon with the men’s and women’s games slated to begin at 2:00 PM from Manchester College and Hanover College.

The games will be carried live online and can be viewed through the HCAC internet television portal and HomeTown Sports Indiana’s website.  The men’s championship game will be carried live at www.heartlandconf.tv and the women’s game can be viewed at www.hometownsportsindiana.com.

Greg Rakestraw and Bob Lovell will be on the call for the men’s championship from Manchester College, while Kevin Conrad and Ted Kitchel will handle the women’s broadcast from Hanover College.

HomeTown Sports will make the games available as video on-demand Sunday about an hour after the conclusion of the events.  Viewers can log onto heartlandconf.tv and click on the icon to begin watching the championship games at their convenience. 

Primetime television airings of the men’s championship will be available to all Comcast and Brighthouse customers in Indiana on channel 81 Monday evening at 8 PM and Wednesday evening at 10 PM on HomeTown Sports Indiana.  The game can also be seen at 2 PM Tuesday afternoon and 9 AM Thursday morning.

The women’s championship will be available on channel 81 Monday evening at 6 PM and Wednesday evening at 8 PM.  The championship contest can also be seen at 12 PM Tuesday afternoon and 7 AM Thursday morning.
