GREENWOOD, IN- Anderson University moved to 2-0 in HCAC men's soccer action with wins over Franklin and Hanover this past week. The Ravens (5-6-1, 2-0 HCAC) posted a 3-1 win at home over the Grizzlies and defeated Hanover on the road 3-2.
Sophomore forward David Droeger (Lebanon, Ind./H.S.) scored two goals, including the game-winner, in AU's 3-2 win over Hanover. Droeger also added an assist in the two-goal win over Franklin, earning the HCAC Player of the Week award for his efforts. Anderson has won three straight games and will travel to Manchester and host Transylvania this week.
Rose-Hulman has won four in a row, including a 2-0 shutout win over Defiance last weekend. The Engineers hold a 2-0 mark in league play and have not allowed a single goal in their four straight wins.
