Rhys Evans, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Men's Soccer
Rose-Hulman's Rhys Evans (Lake Bluff, Ill./Lake Forest) helped the Engineers reclaim first place in the conference standings with game winning goals over Anderson and Hanover and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the second time.
The senior forward scored three minutes into overtime to help lead Rose-Hulman past Anderson 2-1 early in the week and netted the opening goal in a 2-0 win at Hanover Saturday afternoon.
Rose (9-4-1, 5-0 HCAC) will entertain Franklin and Bluffton at home this week.
