DELAWARE, OH - Anderson University's Max Kittle (Algonquin, Ill./Dundee-Crown) finished eighth in the finals of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Div. III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on Saturday and was named an All-American.
He ran a time of 52.89 in the finals to earn All-American honors.
The meet was held on the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio.
"We are proud of Max," said AU coach Scott Wilson. "This marks his third different hurdle event to earn All-American which is outstanding. It is a great way to cap a stellar season for him."
Kittle has also earned All-American honors in the 110-meter hurdles (2013) and the 60-meter indoor hurdles (2014).
