Austin Trivett, Defiance College, Men's Track & Field (Field)

Defiance College's Austin Trivett (Defiance, Ohio/H.S.) earned three top-three finishes at the Spartan Classic this weekend and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week. 

The sophomore won the long jump with a leap of 21' 8.75", setting the conference's top mark this season by four inches.  Trivett also finished second in the pole vault (13' 11.25") and third in the high jump (6' 4.25") at the meet.
