GREENWOOD, IN- The Indiana Intercollegiate meet was held on Friday at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. Rose-Hulman led the HCAC field with a fifth place finish in the standings.
Sophomore Matt Hill (Connersville, Ind./H.S.) led the Rose-Hulman effort with a time of 27:12.7 to take 13th place in the individual standings.
Manchester finished behind the Engineers in ninth position. Thomas Dean (Bremen, Ind./H.S.) was the top HCAC finisher, placing 12th among 150 runners with an 8K time of 27:10.7.
Hanover, Anderson, Franklin, and Earlham also competed in Terre Haute.
The Panthers placed 11th in the team standings, while Anderson finished 13th overall. Franklin earned a 16th place finish and Earlham finished 19th as a team.
Bluffton and Defiance traveled to Otterbein University to compete at the Otterbein Invitational Saturday. The Beavers placed 13th and the Jackets finished 16th at the 17 team meet.
Transylvania was also in action, finishing eighth at the Berea Invitational.
This week's schedule features Bluffton, Mount St. Joseph and Rose-Hulman participating in the Rose-Hulman Pre-Regional on Saturday.
