Women's Basketball Report (Week 8) - Franklin Remains Unbeaten in HCAC Action

GREENWOOD, IN - Franklin College (11-3, 5-0 HCAC) continued its strong play in conference with two more HCAC wins last week.  The Grizzlies now stand 5-0 with a two game lead in the loss column over the rest of the field. 

The blue and gold earned two home wins, defeating Anderson 64-45 and Manchester 64-51 last week.  Sarah Condra (Nineveh, Ind./Whiteland) led FC in scoring both contests, netting 25 points against the Ravens and 20 points against the Spartans to earn the HCAC Player of the Week award. 

Franklin will take a three game winning streak to rival Hanover Wednesday night before ending the week with another road game against Defiance Saturday.
