Molly Martin, Hanover College, Women's Basketball
Hanover College's Molly Martin (Terre Haute, Ind./North) led the Panthers to two wins in its own Sodexho Classic and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
Martin averaged 25.0 points and 9.5 rebounds during the two Panther wins. The junior center scored a career-high 32 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in an 89-64 win over Ohio Northern Sunday afternoon. She added 18 points and eight rebounds in a 71-53 win against Kalamazoo Saturday.
In the two victories, Martin shot 55% from the field (22 of 40) and 66.7% from the free throw line (6 of 9).
