Alisa Dickerson, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Women's Basketball
Rose-Hulman's Alisa Dickerson (Elizabethtown, Ky./H.S.) led the Engineers to a 1-1 record on the week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
The sophomore forward scored a career-high 26 points and added 11 rebounds and eight assists in a 78-71 loss to St. Mary-of-the-Woods. She added 16 points, five rebounds, and five assists in RHIT's 56-55 win over Manchester Saturday, connecting on the game-winner with 20 seconds remaining.
For the week, Dickerson averaged 21.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 6.5 assists, keeping the Engineers alive for a conference tournament berth.
Rose-Hulman (3-18, 3-9 HCAC) plays host to Anderson Wednesday and travels to Bluffton Saturday.
