"It's an honor, joy and privilege to join Anderson University and I am very appreciative for the opportunity to lead the women's soccer program," said Myhre. "I am excited to use soccer as a means to influence student-athletes' lives, where we seek excellence in all our endeavors and challenge each other to grow in our intellect, character and Christian faith."

Myhre also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Messiah and completed her master's degree in education from the University of Washington in 2009.

"Coach Myhre's highly competitive collegiate playing experience, her coaching experience and her professional development activities make her a great addition to both the Department of Athletice and the greater Anderson University campus community," said Taylor"
Myhre was elected president of the Messiah Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as well as the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation. She also served as president for Pi Phi Epsilon Health and Human Performance Club during her collegiate career.
