Kaylan Gruber, Mount St. Joseph, Women's Soccer (Offense)

Mount St. Joseph senior forward Kaylan Gruber (Harrison, Ohio / Harrison) led the Lions to a 3-0 record last week and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week on offense.

The Lions defeated Ohio Wesleyan 6-2, shutout Hiram in a 4-0 win and Trine in a 2-0 victory. Gruber tallied five goals for the week, and the senior had four of them in the match against Ohio Wesleyan.

The Mount St. Joseph Lions (6-1-2, 0-0 HCAC) will travel to Thomas More on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. and will be back in action at home on Saturday against Earlham at 1 p.m.
