HCAC Women's Tennis Flight Tourney Held This Weekend in Indy

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The 2010 HCAC women's tennis flight tournament was held this Saturday and Sunday in Indianapolis.  The event was held at the West Indy Racquet Club in Indianapolis to decide individual champions at each singles and doubles position. 

Transylvania earned the most points (38) at the two-day event and was followed by Franklin (30), Rose-Hulman (29), Anderson (28), Manchester (24), Earlham (16), Hanover (16), and Mount St. Joseph (9).

The conference's automatic qualifier for the NCAA Tournament will be decided at the team tournament next Friday, October 15.  Rose-Hulman will be the top seed and face No. 4 seed Manchester, while No. 2 Transylvania will face No. 3 Franklin.
