Sam Danesis, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Women's Tennis

Rose-Hulman's Sam Danesis (Akron, Ohio/Revere) finished 2-0 at No. 1 singles and doubles and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time. 

The senior earned wins over Franklin and Hanover, leading the Engineers to an 8-1 victory over Hanover and a 7-2 win over Franklin. 

Rose-Hulman (8-2, 6-1 HCAC) secured the second seed in the upcoming HCAC AQ Women's Tennis tournament on October 16.
